1.Market pricing has no advantage

 In 2017 average price of IPhone is 4440rmb and Samsung is 2961rmb and main brand of smartphone like Huawei,Vivo,
Oppo is among 2000-2500rmb ,and Gionee is 1864rmb,even higher than Xiaomi Meizu Honor.Really no advantage in price.

2.Gionee market positioning unclear

for marketing ,like Vivo and Oppo ,Gionee also spends lots of money ,but Gionee product positioning occurs strong shaking, chasing hot products but lead to their own fatigue.Apparently It do not has hot products like Vivo and Oppo ,actually ,its unclear position in market make itself like this .No enough sales volume afford  big amount marketing cost make it harder and harder

3.Problem with Capital chain

Low sales volume due to the difficulty in obtaining credit，then Gionee start to use all the way  they can to gain mortgages,and earn more and more debt. Marketing and investment cost too high make it worse than ever.

Rome was not built in a day,Gionee’s failed also.

Keeping following the beaten path of conventionality would eventually results in failure.
